Terms & Conditions

1. Prepaid/COD on all orders unless credit has been approved by Kenthurst Nursery Trading Pty Ltd “Kenthurst Nursery” prior to delivery or pick-up.

2. Approved account customers are supplied strictly on either 7, 14 or 30 day terms.

3. Claims due to shortages or damages, will not be recognised if not received within 24 hours

   following delivery.

4. Responsibility for stock delivered by Kenthurst Nursery, ceases once stock is received and accepted

   by the customer.

5. Where an outside carrier is used, claims for damages or shortages caused in transit should be

   directed to the relevant carrier.

6. All stock sold remains the property of Kenthurst Nursery until paid for in full.

7. Kenthurst Nursery reserves the right to suspend credit facilities on any account not conducted

   within the Kenthurst Nursery trading terms and conditions.

8. Any applicable discount will be calculated on GST exclusive prices and GST will be inclusive of the

   total price.

9. Prices and charges are subject to change without notice.

Holding Orders

1. Holding orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit.

2. Balance of orders are subject to normal trading terms and conditions.

3. If holding orders are not collected by the agreed time, fees and charges may apply. These costs can

   be obtained from our office at 151A Kenthurst Road, Kenthurst NSW 2156 or you can request a copy to be emailed.

Order Cancellation & Return Fees

1. A fee of $250.00 will apply to orders cancelled or re-scheduled whilst in transit or upon arrival on site.

2. A 20% fee of stock value, applies to all accepted Kenthurst Nursery stock returns. Kenthurst Nursery does not accept returns of stock bought-in from external suppliers.

3. A fee of $250.00 applies where you require Kenthurst Nursery to pick-up return plants from site.
